What does the picture you took mean for you?
Working in Miami was a really exciting time in my career and this picture is a daily reminder that as a global company, Enterprise is a place where you get the opportunity to live and work in other parts of the world. The photo was a leaving present that was signed by close colleagues, many of whom I still keep in touch with and are good friends. It’s also a reminder that at Enterprise you have fun with some great people.

What is your most treasured memory from your professional life?
There have been many treasured personal memories during the past 18 years. Getting my first job at Enterprise was a really important moment and I’ve enjoyed several promotions. Nowadays I get to recruit great people across Europe and then I have the pleasure of watching them develop, acquire experience and skills. Many are promoted far sooner than they would have imagined. I get a huge amount of pleasure watching someone I’ve helped to bring into the business grow and succeed.

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be? (what kind of learning & development can one expect at your company?)
I’d like the ability and opportunity to learn something completely new every day, which is how it feels to work at Enterprise. I’d also like to able to share that knowledge instantly with colleagues. We help employees to actively manage their careers through their line managers, mentors and peers so that each employee knows their strengths as well as the new skills they need to develop to get to the next stage. Enterprise has a combination of structured training classes and on-the-job training.
